  • When will I receive my order?
a.  All orders are MADE TO ORDER! Items should be finished within 2-3 days depending on product availability. Expect delivery within 7-10 business days. 
  • "I need an outfit TONIGHT"
a. For same day services, three steps MUST be taken to ensure proper service. ** All same day services require a rush order fee.

  • My clothes are too small/too big!HELP!!
a. Items can be exchanged for different sizing within 10 DAYS of purchase. Item must be returned in same condition as purchased. 


  • "These clothes cute AF sis I want to model or become a brand ambassador" 
a. For model inquiries or brand ambassador inquiries, DM @playhouseaccessories or contact our mother @prettynicki_ through IG and be patient for a reply ! 


  • Can I send these items as a gift ?
a. OF COURSE ! Just select the right size and GIFT and when you place your order, in the notes mention the color, as well as the name of the person and a message if you'd like ! All Gift items come in a nice box with a personalized message. Gifts have a $10 up-charge on clothing and artwork. 


  •   How can I change my shipping address?
a. Email [email protected] with your order number, as well as item ordered. Expect a reply within 48 hours. 


  • Can I get a refund? Pleeeeeeeaseee?
a. No . All sales are final. You can exchange if an item does not fit properly & every item come with one free alteration. Items are hand-made, custom accessories so understand, NO REFUNDS!


  • What does "ONE FREE ALTERATION" mean??
a. This means that at any ONE point over time if your item gets damaged or ripped, Playhouse will fix this damage. Playhouse also will alter certain items depending on body size and item fitting. Email us for more questions! 


  • How are you shipping my items?
a. Items will be packaged safely and securely and sent through USPS. 


  • I don't see my problem here? What now ??
